I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it's always been excellent. The room quality is very good, with a comfy bed and facilities in line with expectations. The hotel is in a great location, right in town center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff here are fantastic, always welcoming and friendly, and the service provided is top-notch.
Noise from other guests staying above was a downside.

Fantastic value for money! Stayed here multiple times and always found it excellent. Room quality and service are very good.- The staff are welcoming and friendly, making you feel genuinely valued as a guest.
The constant inquiries about whether everything is alright during breakfast became irritating after a while. The staff's robotic questions felt insincere and not genuine.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in Basingstoke town centre. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was situated just outside the town centre, making it very convenient for exploring the shops, cinema, and restaurants in the area. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good basic amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of high quality, ensuring a great start to the day.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault it.

The hotel is strategically located, being convenient to many other restaurants in the downtown area: the staff was highly efficient and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed, free coffee, and everything you'd expect from any establishment of this type. there was a local pub where they were playing in the evening, adding to the ambiance. the restaurant's breakfast buffet was fantastic with an excellent range of options.
The limited availability of parking was a drawback, especially for travelers with vehicles.

Room and breakfast price were reasonable. the location was good and convenient for getting around and there was a decent view from the window.
There were issues with cleanliness in the room and public areas, and the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were thin, resulting in a poor night's sleep.
